Do you suffer from insomnia?
May I suggest you join the Insomnialand forums, you can discuss your sleep issues and maybe even get some help. The forum was set up by a really nice chap called Martin Reed and although the forum is really still in it's infancy it has built up a great community and there are some really nice people to meet there.
I was one of the first ten members there, and although I'm not there as often as I should be, but I have met some great people on there that I consider good friends, and it is a very warm and friendly community which is great to be a part of.
